Prototype Tooling
From Ren® Board to Aluminum proto-type molds, we provide prototypes that will give you a "Close to production quality part." We can generally provide you with samples within 5-10 working days. |
Single Station Tooling
Single and Rotary station tooling. Vacuum chambers, clamp tooling, and top plates. Tooling that will meet your thermoforming machine make and model. |
Inline Tooling
We take pride in producing top quality tooling for our customers. We will discuss with you, your requirements for the job, and determine the best solutions to provide you with tooling that meets your needs the first time. |
RF and Heat Seal Tooling
For those of you needing to seal your package as well, we can design and produce your seal tooling. We provide both single station and rotary sealing dies and nesting fixtures. |
